A state of the art highly advanced 6 axis Profiler with completely independent front and rear axis. Featuring frames that move in and out to maintain wire tension and length. Machine can be used to produce completely different shapes between the front and rear of the item i.e. a square to a circle, cones, pyramids, skewed letters and artistic shapes. Ideal for supplying the foundry industry for core production with draft angles. Multiple production of complex shapes using up to 28 (0.5mm) wires. Supplied complete with all graphical programming software, scanning software and scanner. Vertical and horizontal frames are provided. Software control of heat of the hot wires. Can be used in software lock mode as a conventional 2 axis profiler.
Mechanical specification
All movements are mounted on precision ground slides with positioning either by toothed belt or ball lead screw. Micro stepper cards are used to drive stepper motors geared down with zero back-lash gearboxes.

| This model auto slices and dices 2440 x 1220 x 650 mm blocks into sheets and cut pieces. Wires are set in 1mm pitch studding. Capable of heating up to 52 (0.5mm diameter) wires in the (X) axis and 28 in the (Y) axis. The slicing frame can be quickly and easily changed for optional frames to save setting time.
